1-2 hours of steam struggling to keep up the servers. Not much outside of that. Whenever they fixed it around 19h30 it was running as smooth as butter.

I live on the east coast and play on the east coast. Exactly at 12pm when the servers open I experienced no issues. Everything went smooth.
