  1. Anyone know if you can play this straight out of the box with the physical cartridge? I've seen some conflicting info regarding this on certain regions boxes. Hopefully you can play it without mandatory updates or downloads

US/ESRB version doesn't have any info on the box about downloads, but I've seen European versions said "download required" or something similar on the box

  2. Aw that's a little mean to rag on the Witcher for switch. Sure it looks like an oil painting in handheld, but dammit, it's the one I got the most enjoyment out of believe it or not

  3. The originals barely an at 30fps. (I've been playing them while I wait)

So in a way the switch version might feel more accurate to the old games.

Also they look like complete ass..

  4. Its a shame it runs at 30fps. The game plays best at 60 and im just surprised they dont include an option that hits 60fps with worse graphics like the Rocket League switch port.

  5. 1:20 The pixelated real time shadows on the Switch version reminds me of the shadows from Splinter Cell on the original Xbox. That was impressive almost 20 years ago, now its on a handheld at least.

  6. If you have issues with the Joycons, you should try out a grip. It completely changed my thoughts on the Switch. It no longer hurts to use and I can have much more control.

  7. Overwatch is an amazing port. Get a split pad pro and it even looks amazingly good for a tablet blown up on 50 inch tv

  8. This very much confirms to me that I truly don’t care about graphics. I see the difference, but it just doesn’t matter. Will get it on switch due to portability for sure.

  9. Why do ppl act like its so inferior. As if we ain't play these games in the 90s when everything looked like paper lol. Or even ps2. Underground was raw but didn't age well graphic wise. The game runs just great.

  10. omg is that good, the ps4 version just is exhausting and the switch version seems to be just better with 30fps. everytime I see that I want to play the switch version instead…. and no I'm not trolling. I'm probably the 1% of humanity that finds it exhausting in 60fps and that high detailed graphics with modern shit.

  11. Is it just me or does this game play faster on the Switch? I feel like when I hold down the ollie button to setup for a trick the skater rolls faster than he/she would when holding it down on the PS5…Any confirmation on this either way would be much appreciated. Cheers!

  12. This is one of the worst graphics comparison videos I've ever seen. Meaningless ramblings for stuff we don't care about, no hard evidence or numbers, not even being sure if you're seeing 60 fps? Come on. This is terrible.

  13. To hell with all of you and your constant bickering of graphics and frame rates. I'm sick and tired of everyone complaining of such petty things. The game runs smoothly and that's all that matters. Developers need to stop disrespecting the switch and instead take the web development mindset of "mobile first", meaning, support the smaller devices first and scale up.

  14. I'm not very good at this game so far but I keep coming back lol. I played the hell out of the first one on the PlayStation back in '99 when it first came out and also the second one

  15. why they didn't backed that ugly shadow projections on the ground directly in the textures… baffling
