The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition For Switch Review
Although The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on Nintendo Switch doesn’t look as pretty as its counterparts, it’s still an adventure that should not be missed.

Hey all, reviewer here! This marks my 6th play through of this game. I know this game inside and out. However, you may have noticed that I only played this version for 30 hours. That's because we didn't have access until last minute, and I felt that I had seen a significant portion of this port in order to review it. I played the first 20 hours of the story (reached Novigrad after completing all the main quests in Velen), and then spent 10 hours with the DLC and exploring other areas. Thanks for watching and if you have any questions I'll try to respond to the polite ones.
Am I the only one who thinks the game looks better docked than handheld? I play in both modes but I prefer the bigger quests docked because I think it looks better.
The idea that you can do a complete review of literally anything in 5 and a half minutes is an actual joke and I don't find it very funny.
At first i was skeptical of playing the witcher on the switch because of the graphics issues but as soon as i plugged the headphones and started playing the game in handheld mode, man, i can't describe the feelings of returning to this gorgeous world. If you have a switch, i definitely recommend this one. Graphics is not the selling point of the witcher 3, the ambiance, music, dialogs and story telling is top notch.
i think its ok for me om switch?
I'd get the Nintendo switch lite just for the Witcher 3 alone!
Eww… Yeah not worth picking up lol. I'll stick to the better versions of the game.

I got the game On switch now.. graphics are amazingly bad 🙁 waste of money imo
The recent update has added graphical options and removed the blurriness, bumps that score up a 'lil more.
In my opinion I wouldn't play the switch version if you've never played the witcher 3 before, but if you've already seen it in all its glory on a ps4, Xbox one, or pc, then by all means, get it.
What’s the lovely song in the background?
If I can get this for $40 I'm going to. It's one of the best games of all time but I cant justify $60 for an older game.
I've never played this and am currently playing through the first one. My interest in the switch version is simply to comfortable relax on the couch or in my bed and play it handheld. Graphics have never been an issue for me. Is that the only main difference between this and the other versions?
How can you review it in 30 hours? Are you still in Velen…..
Still haven’t played Witcher 3. I don’t wanna play it until I’ve played 1 and 2.
why do they call it handheld mode, it's Toilet mode…..The Switch is 4 gaming on the toilet
Consistent at 20fps.
Mmm.
"There's no such thing as "bad guys" or "good guys." We're all just… guys, who do good stuff sometimes and bad stuff sometimes. And all we can do is try to do less bad stuff and more good stuff, but you're never going to be good because you're not bad." – Diane. What you said reminded me of these lines from the show Bojack Horseman. By the way, helpful video, though, I was considering getting a Nintendo Switch to experience new games as well as revisit this masterpiece since I sold my PS4. I made up my mind after watching it, I'm definitely getting a Switch 🙂 Thanks
The reviewer plays 30 hour and already doing a review? that's odd, it takes at least around 50 hours for the main campaign alone, it took me over 200 hours to complete the main story and the expansions.
