Re3 gonna be awesome!
Love the remake. I gave it a 9.5 too. Would’ve gave it a 10 but the story I felt was a little off.
I mean the original story of RE2 went Claire A + León B.
This time around the story goes León A + Claire B which is fine, but Mr X and William Birkin being in both scenarios wasn’t needed.
Mr X fit perfectly just for Leon’s scenario, while William Birkin fit perfectly just for Claire’s scenario.
Those who have played it, how scary is it?
CAPCOM NEED TO KEEP LIKE THIS!
the "edge riding" we feel with ammo and difficulty is the game's adaptive difficulty at work
Is all about technology if in the old days they will have been able to do it like today they will have done it. The originals were good for their time referring to resident evil 1 2 3 and survivor and code veronica all the ones after have better graphics
Resident Evil 2 The Remix – That's what I been calling it – What a great mix it is. Expect more Remixes of your favourite games in the future.
The 2nd run seems closer to the original re2
I purchased the standard version, but after completing I went back and purchased the 15 dollar complete version. Just as a thank you to capcom.
Final verdict = it sucked. ?
Just played the game. Looking forward to RE3 remake!!
The game is a master piece 10/10 I don't get why people complain about the smallest things. The game play, graphics and story is amazing!! I really hope it sells well cause is worth it. This game deserves recognition, it was well put together. ♥️ ♥️ ♥️
A great game, well made, great threatening atmosphere.
One major issue for me, the scenarios between A and B repeat themselves too much and doesn't carry over so well compared to the original. I find with this much hindsight that it is a flaw they could have really tightened it up, and that for me is a shame.
I love how this is traditional survival-horror and ammo is "scarce" although they make it seem like it's not – many playthroughs comment at the beginning "I'M GETTING SO MANY BULLETS" until they realize it can take 10-15 shots to completely dispatch a foe.
That guy on the far left is annoying as hell!! I hear the mass public in his conceited ignorance… & it boils my blood.
I heeeavily prefer the third person gameplay.
RE7 was my first, but after playing this I really hope RE3 and probably even so on is just like this one. I jumped into RE2 blindfolded, I didn't expect to enjoy this game as much as I did. It was such a strange feeling to be so wowed while having your heart almost pop out of your chest from how horrifying and intense it was. I love the horror genre and this game was so well done, so glad I gave it a chance. I'm officially a Resident Evil fan from here on!
no their environment is reused int he sense of a painter painting a landscape it is still from the ground up, it just has context beforehand, so did tomb raider so yeah very good comparison for once, i want more of third person from resident evil in this style and using their original roster of main characters including the new sheva and if they ever go back to the drawing board on 5, i want some way to have excella saved and joined us and be playable, she is already playable in mercenaries reunion, downloaded and beat the game just to unlock the mode just to spend 20 min playing as excella lol
They did such a great job on the game and I have even higher hopes for what a RE3 remake could be now! Hope it happens! 😀
the only 1 time when i ran out of ammo, when i did weekly challenge to beat the game without grenade launcher & without subweapons on hardcore mode, and i didn't have enough of bullets to fight Birkin (G1), so i finished him with a knife, lol))
I still remember getting the original RE2 on my N64 way back when on Christmas. I woke up at like 3AM and started playing it and freaked out right in the beginning (I was pretty young). It was always my favorite out of the originals and I love this "remake".
It's a remake, no need to find another definition. A remake can be very different from the original.
WTF is up with Claire's face?
