I'm gonna leave this for all people that want a specific game ported to PSVR

In this case, it could run on PS4 in terms of hardware, but it will not be the same experience as the vive or even oculus: the roomscaling fetaures and how the headsets operate in this games, it would sacrifice too much in terms of gameplay to port it.
And even if they wanted to port it, Sony is being a bitch about new games entering the lineup (such as specific features that are only on PS4, downgrading if the game has too many details so the PS4 can run it, ecc. It's not in all of their 3rd party games, but it happens).
Sorry, if you want to play a VR game that it's only on PC for a reasonable reason, you're gonna have to get a PC.
It sucks, but it's the reality.
