  1. Horizon Zero Dawn is not an RPG. it's a 3rd person open world cinematic action adventure game with some very slight stealth and RPG elements. I love this game but I can't call it an RPG. that'd be like calling grand theft auto 5 an "RPG" or calling the division an "RPG" they might have borrowed some mechanics from RPGs slightly but they aren't real RPGs

  2. mission accomplished guerrilla games. well done. i bought the collectors edition im about 35% completed im talking my time thru the game right now.

  3. Ai fukin knew there was some sjw bs behind this game. All the mother talk and literally 1 strong male character cpnvinced me there was something behind this. At the end you get help from the major characters and they are all females and like 2 guys that are son and brother to the important female characters

  4. This game is great. Fantastic. Couple problems though: politically correct feminism and and misandry plus the NPCs are a little weird at times. What I mean is, they have tons of politically correct storytelling elements- black hippies who speak "white", hyper feminism shoved into everything from Aloy trying to be a hunter at the hunting lodge whereby her and her female hunting lodge "sponsor" stick it to hunting lodge man, to her aggressively rebuking any man who dares make a pass at her and even dare mention she's hot, to every man kowtowing to her, etc and on and on. There are weirdo facial animations at times- like people keeping their heads down while staring up at you and moving their eyes wildly. Aloys youthful appearance is also very weird looking to me. As a little kid she looks really weird. Watch and you'll see.

But this game nails it in terms of fun gameplay and experience, that's what truly counts. The above are petty annoyances, but they pale in comparison to the fun this game is. This game is the reason I bought a PS4 pro after owning a XBO since it launched.

  6. This game needs to improve two important points: Dynamic of the game and Gameplay (Mettalanguage is still poor). The rest is very good.

  7. So radically different?
Was he talking about the setting or the gameplay.
Because gameplay looks like a very standard rgp game. Filled with old video game clichés. And dumb human ai. Animals are excused, well because they are animals sorta. Its kinda like with left 4 dead games, no one complains about the over simplistic ai because they are zombies. Horizon zero dawn feels like that. World with so much to do but the most interesting thing is to do….. well……nothing and just breathing in the beautiful world that they have created for us. Great job, but not a great game. This game feels like a huge check list of things that any rpg game should have but comes out short. they should have focused on making gameplay interesting rather than bulking up the number of things to do list.

There are indie games with more interesting concepts and gameplay loops. I think these companies play it too safe for the fear of falling far from the …

  8. While her armor and over all presentation isn't sexulized at all, what I think is really well done, her slow walk in incredible sexy with that amount of hip sway.

  9. Guerilla, you've done a GREAT job! 😀
The Story of Aloy was great
The grafic and music was great
and The entire living world which was interactive was great

    I'm officially giving 10/10 with a + for Horizon: Zero Dawn 😉
Now i'm waiting for Frozen Wilds DLC 😀

  10. like for the Ygritte part cause I always say she's the P-E-R-F-E-C-T cosplay for Aloy ever but I totally respect the Horizon creators,it's just a VERY nice coincidence!

  11. 7:47 I really like these statements, I love a strong female protagonist. Aloy is perfectly-written, and to me that makes her more attractive than supermodels because of her intelligence. That's a lot for me, not to mention I do generally like "plain", true looks more than trying way too hard.

  12. I've been a fan of this Developer since Killzone on PS2. I've played and platinum's each one and own all the art books. I was overjoyed when the leaks came out for Horizon and followed it as close as I could. The game is now my favorite game of all time only narrowly over the world of Killzone and I cannot thank and appreciate Guerilla Games enough. They will always get my dollar.
